We do not require any of the above details before our Trial Version can be downloaded, installed and run.

We do not forward your details to any other organization, except for the purpose of processing credit card transactions and where required by law with respect to government policing and security activities.  We do not store any credit card details online once the purchase is complete.

We may send you email about software updates or offers you are entitled to as part of your software license purchase.  We will only send you email on a different subject if you have stated that we can do so.  You can opt out of this service by simply letting us know, and we will not send you any more email at all.

We may collect non-personalized information about your visit to our web site.  This information includes the time and length of your visit, the pages you look at on our site, and the method by which you arrived at our site.  We use this information only to measure site activity and to develop ideas for improving our site, and do not link it to any customer details.

We may publish the text of customers' comments on our web site for the benefit of other users and for advertising purposes.  We will obtain specific permission from the relevant customer prior to publication, or alternatively will first remove all identification in order preserve privacy.

When operating, the ExcelSentry software does not automatically "phone home" over the internet, or contact us or any other organization.
